  • Why do you offer packages instead of single sessions?
    Reiki, coaching, and mindfulness meditation are offered in packages rather than single sessions because it takes steady, ongoing commitment and effort to experience deep healing and transformation. Just as life and health problems develop over time, it takes time for the body and mind to recover, rejuvenate, and experience lasting wellbeing. These gentle yet powerful services are cumulative - each session builds on the progress and momentum of the previous session. With regular Reiki, coaching, and mindfulness, you awaken your innate ability to heal, support yourself and experience greater ease and freedom. Essentially, multiple sessions in close proximity yield far greater results than single sessions once in a while.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    Payments can be made by INTERAC e-transfer (for Canadian clients) or PayPal.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Payment plans can be arranged upon request. Email info@awakenpeace.com for more information.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    To cancel a scheduled session, it is your responsibility to notify your Practitioner at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply (as specified in your signed agreement/consent form). You or your Practitioner may terminate the Practitioner-Client relationship with 5 business days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be required to compensate the Practitioner for all services rendered through and including the effective date of termination. Refunds will be issued to the Client by the Practitioner for any pre-paid sessions that were not delivered prior to the end of the Practitioner-Client relationship. Refunds will not be provided to Clients for unattended scheduled sessions (no-shows).
  • I'm ready to receive services. What are the steps to sign up?
    Great! 1. Send an email to info@awakenpeace.com to schedule your FREE, no-obligation discovery call, or if we have already met, to express that you're ready to sign up for Reiki, coaching, and/or mindfulness meditation. 2. You'll receive an email response inviting you to schedule your discovery call, or with information and instructions to sign up for and purchase services. 3. When you email to inform us that you wish to purchase services, you'll be sent an agreement to e-sign which includes all of the details about the service(s) you are signing up to receive, fees, payments, cancellations, refunds, and more. 4. After e-signing the agreement, you'll be invited to pay for the services you are signing up for. Upon receiving payment, you'll be emailed a receipt. 5. Then you'll be sent a scheduling link to book your appointment(s) online, after which you will receive a Zoom link for your session.
