Hello, I’m Farheen (she/her).

I am a master-level Reiki practitioner, ICF-certified, Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, and mindfulness facilitator. For over twenty-five years I have supported individuals and groups to connect with their inner wisdom and strengthen their innate healing abilities to experience physical and emotional health and well-being.

​I am here to support you, with compassion and non-judgement, to recover from overwhelm, restore your energy and reclaim your personal power.
